I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location, nestled in a quiet area, provided a serene atmosphere and allowed for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The hotel's staff, from the front desk to the restaurant and management, were absolutely fabulous. They couldn't do enough to please me and went out of their way to ensure my satisfaction. I was especially impressed with the restaurant and bar staff who were a credit to the management. The service was top-notch and they truly exceeded my expectations.

The Location is seriously useful perfectly centralized to all Goa beaches and markets. There is a very good value for money pashmina and antique kashmiri store next to reception. Hint: Bargain till salesman drops!

Staff are educated like monkeys, but stay out of the way so its alright. Housekeeping has specific hours, between 8 - 4 afternoon. Food service is ridiculously slow in the restaurants.

Had an amazing time during my holiday! Loved the spacious and comfortable rooms, with great amenities like free Wi-Fi and complimentary bottled water. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful beaches and nearby attractions. The staff were welcoming and always willing to help with any request. The food was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.

The poor reception service, with a long wait time and unexpected payment policies. It would have been helpful to receive prior notice of the policies to avoid any confusion.

We had an amazing stay with breathtaking views of Goa from our room. The hotel facilities were top-notch with a clean pool and peaceful vacation atmosphere. We also enjoyed the convenience of being close to Baga beach and the Saturday night bazaar. The staff was very accommodating and provided superb hospitality. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious.
